• From Old Naples, Florida and roughly three miles from the pier and Gulf Coast beaches, this luxury house provides the perfect place for a vacation and throughout any time of the year.
• The villa is next to the Foxfire golf club, this is a huge private country club in almost 400 acres of land with over 18 holes to play on.
• Found right at the end of a small road next to the golf course, this villa is a wonderful space with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a heated pool.
• Furnished and decorated to a high standard, this villa provides air conditioned rooms and luxury furniture for total relaxation.

The villa is very comfortable and has all the modern facilities fitted throughout the house. The property has a swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

There is a large family room with natural lighting from the windows and integrated dining area, it looks over the pool and garden. The dining area seats 6 people.

Altogether there are 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king sized bed complete with an en-suite shower. Patio decorated doors open and give access to the pool. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning fitted.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite with its own cupboard. The last bedroom has just two single beds.

A fully fitted kitchen well equipped with electric & microwave ovens, electric hobs, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, breakfast table and bar.

There is a heated swimming pool and extended patio, it is very private and secure and leads in to the back garden. the garden is surrounded with palm trees, bushes, and many fruit trees. Patio furniture is provide as there is an area for outdoor dining and barbeque. Sun loungers are provided to go with the pool.

Outside there is a double garage with remote and automatic controlled doors. Complete and direct access to the house is through the garage. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.

• When you rent the villa, there is the option of having golf membership to the golf club, these are valid during the rental period you book. However, the membership maybe subject to availability and extra fees may be included.
• Full details on maps and various tourist inforomation can be provided on request and through booking, also car hire USA can be booked with us or through their respective website.
• Toys, DVDs, inflatable toys for the swimming pool are also provided for children, if additional seating is required for children it is free of charge and upon request. All bed linen and towels except for the beach are provided.
• The club and golf course is nearby and so is a gym, a library and the restaurant provides a great Sunday lunch.

May to October   £675 per week
November, December & January to April   £750 per week
Pool heating charge of £60 is applied per week.

Minimum stay is 2 weeks, rent includes electric and telephone calls, long distance calls will be charged.
The deposit and security charge are altogether and is returnable - £ 225, although for booking reasons a 30% deposit is to secure your reservation.
Both the British Pound and the US Dollar are accepted.
